The PMU Library provide a meeting room for educational, cultural and informational community meetings and programs.

The meeting room is situated at the second floor, behind the Library Counter. To use the meeting room, please request this from the Library staff.

Reservations can also be made at the second floor Library Counter to ensure the availability of the meeting room at the required date & time.

Kindly note that the meeting room is only available during regular operating hours which is 8:00am to 5:00pm

When using the meeting room, please abide to the Library policies & rules such as:

  • Please ensure the cleanliness & tidiness of the room after using it
  • Please ensure that all the lights, fans, etc are switch off after use
  • Please keep noise to a reasonable level during the meetings & ensure that the doors are closed to avoid disturbance from outside & vice versa
  • Do not leave valuable items at the meeting room
  • No food is permitted
